If you have an active subscription but are seeing the paywall screen, please try the following:
- Make sure you’ve updated the app to the latest version.
- If you recently changed phones, tap RESTORE PURCHASE at the bottom of the paywall screen.
- If you have multiple accounts in the App Store or Play Store, make sure you installed the Swim Trainer app while signed in with the account you used to make the payment. The stores won’t recognize your purchase if you’re logged in with a different account. Simply switching accounts after installing the app won’t work, because each app is tied to the account it was installed with.
- If none of this helps, please contact us. It would be very helpful if you could provide the invoice number of your latest payment.
