With the Training Plan Builder you can create your own personalized plans with only a few clicks. You can start it by hitting the „+“ button on the dashboard or the training plan section. Then select „create training plan“, followed by „use Training Plan Builder“.
In the builder you first have to choose the number of weeks the plan should contain, followed by the number of workouts per week, their distance, focus, drill percentage and equipment. The app will then put together a compilation of workouts to fit your needs. If you are not happy with the selection, just hit the “reload” button in the preview. If you would like to keep it, press “save”. This will save the plan to your custom training plans. Now you can modify it like all regular custom plans.
You can also edit every single workout of the plan. Just select them directly from the plan or from the custom workout section, and edit them like all other custom workouts.
