Swim Trainer gives you the possibility to create your own training plans. You can create them from scratch or use an existing one as a basis. For the latter just open a training plan and choose the “copy plan” option from the top menu. Note: You can have a maximum of 10 own training plans.
You can give your plan a title and a description.
Each plan is structured by weeks. Tap „add week“ to – you guessed it – add a week which you can give a title. After that you can add single workouts from our database or from your own created ones to this week. To edit a week or a workout, just tap on it, and a menu with the available options.
On the bottom of the screen below the “Create Plan / Save Changes” button you find a short summary of the plan, showing total distance and the number of workouts. You can have up to 12 Weeks with maximum amount of 7 workouts per week.
