Here you can add different sets to a workout. You have the following setting options:
Style: Select the regular stroke or drill from the Drill Library.
Set the number of repetitions (reps). This means that this set will be repeated so many times.
Set the distance of this set.
Pause: Determine how many seconds it should take until the next set starts. If you are using guided workouts, the next rep or set will start automatically after this time.
The “track in personal bests” option decides whether your swim is taken into your personal best record book and is later on used to calculate the average for the regarding set. We recommend not to use this options for drills.
The gear used section allows you to log which swimming gear you want to use during the swim. This will affect your calculated averages as well because we take into account the gear used.
