Since our update in December 2025, you can choose between two modes when creating a pool workout: distance mode or duration mode.
In distance mode, you set a specific distance for the set (e.g., 100 meters). Once you have completed the distance, press the button on your watch to finish the set.
In duration mode, you set a time after which the watch will vibrate to notify you. Then simply complete your current length (or more, if you prefer). This can be especially useful for warm-ups or cooldowns. If supported by your device, it will automatically detect the distance you have swum during this set (please keep in mind possible tracking accuracy issues).
