Your Connect IQ content will automatically update when updates become available during the standard sync process with either your Garmin Connect app or Garmin Express. If you would like to check for updates you can either do this through Garmin Express on your computer or through the Connect IQ Store app on your phone and manually cause the updates to sync.
Connect IQ Store App #
- Open the Connect IQ Store app.
- Select My Device (bottom right).
- Select Updates.
- Select Update All.
NOTE: If you are using an Android phone you will be able to update individual apps if you prefer.
If the device selected is not the one you would like to update then you will need to change the device.
- Select My Device (bottom right).
- Select (top right).
- Select Select a Device.
- Select the device you wish to update.
Garmin Express #
- Plug your device into your computer.
- Launch Garmin Express.
- Select your device.
- If you see a message: You Have Items Ready to Install, select View Details.
- Find the Connect IQ app you wish to update and select Install.
If your device is not listed in Garmin Express you will need to add it using the steps in Adding and Removing Devices in Garmin Express.
